Survey conducted by Nielsen and ABP News shows that BJP won 210 seats . 101 seats for Congress party and 30 seats for left and 186 for others . there is no clear cut mandate for any Party in the elections.
Survey conducted by another agency CVoters and the India Today group shows that BJP won 188 seats . Congress party 94 and 186 between 223-233 for others which include Left and other parties . That also shows There is no clear cut mandate for any Party in the elections.
Survey conducted by another agency CSDS and CNN shows that BJP can win between 192 -210 seats Between 92- 108 seats for Congress party and and 204- 225 seats for others . That also shows There is no clear cut mandate for any Party in the elections.
BJP is predicted to win 41-49 out of 80 seats in Uttar Pradesh, state having highest number of Lok Sabha seats.
All the three polls confirm that the elections will throw up a hung parliament — neither the BJP nor the Congress is expected to win the 272 seats needed for an outright majority.
